On September 13, at 00:05, units of the Azerbaijani armed forces started intensively firing from artillery and large-caliber rifles at the Armenian positions of Vardenis, Sotk, Artanish, Ishkhanasar, Goris and Kapan. As of now, 135 victims are known.
